This workshop will give an overview of the ggplot2 package for R, using RStudio and an interactive RMarkdown notebook. Anyone who has taken a Caltech Carpentry Workshop, or who otherwise has proficiency with R, is eligible and encouraged to attend. Basic familiarity with R and RStudio is required, but no experience with ggplot2 is needed. The class will run from 8:30 to 12pm with two 10-minute breaks, and attendance for the entire session is required. Attendance is limited to 15 participants.
